How does the process of realizing the employment mediation service look like?
1. Inquiry/Form filling
Defining the required worker profile (occupation, experience, number of workers, details about offered salary and hourly rate). Guidance through the process of creating a Labor Market Test if needed.
2. Mediation contract
Based on the completed form, we define the service price and conclude a mediation contract.
3. Candidate recruitment
Searching for suitable candidates for your needs.
4. Candidate selection
Interviewing and verifying candidates’ competencies. Our partners collaborate with worker testing centers, so-called Trade Tests for Skilled Workers. After completing the selection process, we provide CVs of the best candidates.
5. Work permits
Collecting and verifying all necessary candidate documentation and handling the process of obtaining work permits.
6. Visa issuance
Collecting and preparing necessary documentation and executing the procedure for issuing visas.
7. Candidate arrival preparation
We inform you when the worker is arriving so you can welcome them in a timely manner. There is an option to arrange additional services such as assistance in finding accommodation for the worker and local transportation to the desired destination.
8. Candidate integration and employment
Upon the worker’s arrival in Croatia, we offer support in adapting and integrating foreign workers into the new environment (communication, food, accommodation and transportation, job requirements, etc.).
